Sketches and Demos

Mochi was first drawn with sparkles in his fur but the sparkles don't pop unless his fur is really dark. Also the sparkles aren't visible on album art work unless he takes up the whole image. It didn't translate well to the Brand New Day artwork as you can see below. Eventually I lightened the fur and abandoned the sparkles. I think this was the right move to make. BTW yes he likes to change his bowtie. Its his only form of expression through apparel.
